A native of Jacksonville and a life long boater. He studied yacht design with the Westlawn Institute of Marine Technology and spent two years with a local yacht design firm.
In 1991, Barton changed his career path and decided
to move into yacht sales with one of the largest yacht brokerage
firms in North Florida where he became sales manager.
After 14 years in the brokerage business over seeing the sales, outfitting
and servicing of hundreds of boats, Barton is uniquely qualified in all aspects
of yacht sales. His many clients have greatly benefited from his sales experience
and technical marine background.
Barton has been a licensed yacht broker since 1992 and is a member of the Florida Yacht Brokers Association. He is proud of his reputation for integrity, expertise and hard work and looks forward to the opportunity to assist you with the sale of your current boat or the purchase of your next boat.
For the over ten years Tony Owen has thoroughly enjoyed assisting brokerage clients find and sell boats of all types and sizes. His twenty years of marine experience in sales, service and design give him unique expertise, to assist you buy your next boat, or sell your current vessel.
Tony has been employed in the marine industry since the early 1980’s. His marine career began designing commercial ships and private yachts. He then moved to yacht service with a large custom yacht builder. As service manager he managed all aspects of vessel service and repair.
In the mid 1990’s Tony was offered a position with one of Jacksonville’s largest boat dealers, where he quickly became one of the dealership’s top brokers. His motto is simple, conduct business with integrity and honesty, and he constantly strives to find the best value for his clients.
